Superstar Crash Pad Challenge — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 2026 Promoter: Jellybean Interiors
1. Overview
The Superstar Crash Pad Challenge ("the Challenge") is open to anyone aged 18 years or over who owns a Jellybean Interiors Superstar Crash Pad. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Open to all Superstar Crash Pad owners aged 18 years or over
- Entrants must be able to provide proof of purchase of a Jellybean Interiors Superstar Crash Pad
- No minimum follower count required
- No application or approval needed to enter
- Account must be set to public at the time of submission
3. How to Enter
- Film or photograph your Superstar Crash Pad (people and kids do not need to be featured, product-only shots are absolutely welcome!)
- Post it to your social media and either:
- Add @jellybean_interiors as a collaborator, OR
- DM or email it to us directly
- Tag @jellybean_interiors in your post
- Your account must be set to public at the time of submission so we are able to view, engage with and share your content
Entries can be submitted via Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
4. Reward Tiers — How They Work
Rewards are determined solely at the discretion of Jellybean Interiors based on the level of engagement with your submission. Here is how each tier is awarded:
🥇 Superstar Status — $200 AUD Jellybean Interiors Store Credit + Main Feed Feature
Awarded when Jellybean Interiors accepts your post as a collaborator post, meaning it is shared directly to our main feed as a joint post.
🥈 Crash Pad Icon — $100 AUD Jellybean Interiors Store Credit + Story Feature
Awarded when Jellybean Interiors reshares your post to our Instagram Stories or reposts your content on our feed.
🥉 Community Star — $50 AUD Jellybean Interiors Store Credit + Community Recognition
Awarded when Jellybean Interiors likes and/or comments on your reel or post.
5. Store Credit — Important Conditions
- All rewards are issued as Jellybean Interiors store credit only
- Store credit is not redeemable as cash under any circumstances
- Store credit is non-transferable and is applied solely to the account used to make the original Superstar Crash Pad purchase
- Proof of purchase is required before any store credit is applied
- Store credit is applied once per eligible entry to the verified purchasing account
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (edit as needed)
- One store credit reward per person per challenge period
6. Proof of Purchase
- Entrants must be able to provide valid proof of purchase of a Jellybean Interiors Superstar Crash Pad upon request
- Acceptable proof of purchase includes an order confirmation email or receipt
- Store credit will not be applied until proof of purchase has been verified by Jellybean Interiors
- Jellybean Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any entry where proof of purchase cannot be provided
7. Unclaimed Rewards
- Jellybean Interiors will make reasonable attempts to contact reward recipients via their social media account or email where provided
- If a reward recipient cannot be contacted within 30 days of being selected, the store credit will be voided and will not be applied
- Jellybean Interiors is not responsible for incorrect contact details or accounts that become private after submission
8. Content & Permissions
By submitting or tagging your content in the Challenge, you:
- Grant Jellybean Interiors a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share, repost, and feature your content across our social media channels and website
- Confirm that you are the original creator of the content submitted
- Confirm that if any individuals appear in your content, you have obtained their consent to be featured (and if children are included, consent has been given by a parent or guardian)
- Understand that Jellybean Interiors will always credit you when sharing your content
Please note: You do not need to feature people or children in your submission. Product-only content is completely welcome and equally considered for all reward tiers.
9. Content Guidelines
Submissions must not include:
- Offensive, inappropriate, or harmful material
- Third-party logos or branding without permission
- Music or audio that may infringe copyright - must be royalty free music
Jellybean Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these guidelines.
10. General Conditions
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
- Entrants must hold a public social media account at the time of submission
- Submissions from private accounts will only be considered if content is sent directly via DM or email
- Jellybean Interiors reserves the right to determine reward tiers at its sole discretion
- Multiple entries are welcome, however only one reward per person applies per challenge period
- Jellybean Interiors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or close the Challenge at any time without notice
- The Challenge is currently open-ended and will remain active until a closing date is announced by Jellybean Interiors
- Participating in the Challenge does not guarantee a reward
- Jellybean Interiors' decision on all reward tiers is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through this Challenge will be used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and administering rewards. It will not be shared with third parties. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more information.
