Welcome to Jellybean Interiors! We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please take a moment to review our updated shipping information for Australia and the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Preorders ship according to the estimated release date provided at checkout.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship when all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

USA mainland shipping included

Standard & Express Shipping

Both Standard and Express shipping options are now available directly at checkout for Australia and the USA.


Delivery Timeframes

Australia

  • Standard: 3–10 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

United States

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Express: available at checkout for eligible areas

  • Larger items (tables, loungers, storage pieces) may require extra handling time due to volumetric freight and carrier limitations.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracked shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.


International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Australia

  • United States


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility.

Jellybean Interiors is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Weather or operational disruptions

  • Parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Theft after delivery (porch piracy)

If your parcel is lost or delayed:

  1. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  2. Email us and we’ll guide you through the process, but refunds or replacements can only be offered if the carrier approves the claim.


Transit Damage

Your items are packaged securely, but damages can occur during transit.

For U.S. orders especially, couriers may require that claims be filed by the receiver.
Jellybean Interiors is not liable for transit damage unless the carrier approves the claim.

Please photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately.


Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days.
Please review our full Return Policy for details about:

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced once dispatched.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
